Make it bluetooth

What I expected was for my regular $60 Bluetooth to have enhanced sound. We also need it to connect to the bluetooth device so that I can leave my device in a room and listen to the conversation from outside through my Bluetooth headset. And it needs to be able to work in the background either off or on a blank screen from another app locked with guided access.
Do I need to think of everything?
Someone contact the makers or get someone else to make the app. Lol
